About
Brian M. Griffin is a Chicago based photographer who specializes in photographing architecture, artworks, and gallery installations. He graduated in 2015 with a BFA from The University of Illinois at Chicago. After his schooling, he apprenticed under Tom Harris, Steve Hall, and Kendall McCaugherty from the renowned architectural photography firm Hedrich Blessing. Since 2015 he has been professionally working with artists and architects to document their work. He enjoys spending time with artworks and helping upcoming artists and architects to further their practices. His philosophy is that photographic documentation should reflect the efforts invested by the artist or designer when creating their work. Brian uses advanced photographic processes to ensure the most accurate reproduction of colors, textures, and scale when digitizing artworks and spaces.
